A Foreigners Journey are delighted to bring to you this amazing new spectacular show which pays tribute to two of the biggest rock bands of our time, performing one classic rock anthem after another.

Both Foreigner and Journey collectively have sold well over 130 million albums worldwide, including several top ten hits around the world.

After recently completing an arena tour supporting Journey with John Parr, Yorkshire based guitarist John Oxley was keen to replicate the magic of Journey again on stage, together with bass player Paul Flanaghan who’s musical collaboration of over 20 years was destined to continue as both felt strongly that the musical mix of these two great bands would be a perfect combination.

Some 12 months on and following the bands debut sell out show on the 10th January 09, the band aptly named 'A Foreigners Journey' have played over 50 shows throughout the UK and also performed at the Rhodes Rock 09’ festival in Greece.

In August 2009 the band joined forces with award winning singer/songwriter Jimi Anderson whose vocals and stage presence are guaranteed to captivate you.

Saxophone player Chris Backhouse completes this new and exciting line-up, taking this dual tribute show of Foreigner and Journey to another level.

The band will be touring extensively throughout the UK in 201o and with the bands inclusion on next years Rhodes Rock 2010 bill, A Foreigners Journey’s foundations seem to be firmly set alongside some of Europe’s most established and respected tribute bands around today.

Don’t miss them at a theatre, club or festival near you very soon, you are guaranteed to be entertained!!

‘‘Come and check out this amazing band, they really ROCK!’’

Jeff Pilson, FOREIGNER

‘Great idea, Foreigner and Journey, and it works, they look and sound superb’       Tom Russell – 96.3 ROCK RADIO

‘Whether your into tribute bands or not you can't help thinking! ' A Foreigners Journey' have really got something here.  Mick Burgess 'METAL EXPRESS RADIO

This was their second year at Rhodes Rock and this year they came with a new singer. Jimmy looks and sounds like Steve Perry until you talk to him, when his Scottish brogue belies his true origins. The Foreigners, then, were the wild card, but deliveredTremendous energy from bassist Paul and guitarist John, they absolutely nailed songs such as Waiting For A Girl Like You, Don't Stop Believing, Head Games and Separate Ways.   Darren Redick 'PLANET ROCK RADIO'
